Informational callers (which make up the vast majority) are given the answers they are looking for, and important messages are accurately captured. In addition, surveys have shown that callers would much prefer to leave a message directly to doctor’s personal voicemail, instead of describing a personal ailment to a live operator.

Thank you for calling.

When the caller patient presses 1 (Non Urgent Calls) the service prompts the caller to leave a detailed to message as to the nature of the call. The message is emailed to the staff.

When the patient presses 2 (Location Info) they hear office hours information, website, fax and location information.

When the hospital presses 3
We ask who is calling, place the caller on hold and instantly call you on your mobile telephone. When you answer we will advise you who is calling an you can either take the call or direct the caller into voicemail. This feature eliminates telephone tag with the hospital.

When the patient presses 4 we direct them to leave a message including telephone number. Once the message is left the will instantly be paged via SMS, Telephone Notification and Email. Call screening with live connect is even available at no additional cost -ideal for hospital calls. We can design the service to guarantee message delivery so you never miss an important call.

What about Paging?

The system can automatically page whichever doctors you prefer, at whichever times you prefer (different doctors can be on call at different times.) The system can even keep paging until a call is returned. The process is error-free.
